By accessing our website or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

By consenting to Btrade's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Btrade through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Btrade. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +91 84324562111 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Btrade mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by B T Trading and its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, B T Trading and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or these Terms, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, regardless of whether we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. B T TRADING AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, AND LICENSORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless B T Trading, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in Gujarat, India, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be modified to reflect the parties' intention or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and B T Trading regarding the Service.
