Understanding our procedures for refunds, returns, and service cancellations

B T Trading, operating under the brand name Btrade, has established this Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure clarity regarding our procedures for refunds, returns, and service cancellations. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services or making purchases.

1. General Provisions

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services and products offered by B T Trading (Btrade). By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by this policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

2. Service Cancellations

2.1 Service Contracts

For ongoing service contracts or agreements:

  • Written notice of cancellation must be provided at least 30 days before the intended cancellation date.
  • Cancellation requests should be submitted via email to contact@wolfgujarati.shop or through our official contact channels.
  • Any fees already paid for services not yet rendered may be eligible for partial refund as per the terms of your specific contract.
  • Early termination fees may apply as specified in your service agreement.

2.2 One-time Services

For one-time service bookings:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 business days before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 3-7 business days before the scheduled service date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 business days before the scheduled service date are not eligible for a refund.
  • In cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, cancellation terms may be reconsidered at the discretion of B T Trading management.

3. Product Returns and Refunds

3.1 Return Eligibility

For physical products:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of product delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Certain products may be excluded from return eligibility due to their nature (e.g., customized products, perishable items).

3.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@wolfgujarati.shop or +91 84324562111 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Package the product securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  3. Include the RMA number prominently on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.
  5. Returns are to be made at the customer's expense unless the return is due to our error.

3.3 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount as applicable.

4. Defective Products or Services

In cases where products are defective or services do not meet agreed-upon specifications:

  • Notify us within 7 days of product delivery or service completion.
  • Provide clear documentation of the defect or service shortcoming (e.g., photos, detailed description).
  • We may offer repair, replacement, re-performance of services, or a full/partial refund at our discretion.
  • For defective products, return shipping costs will be covered by B T Trading.

5. Special Circumstances

5.1 Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, civil unrest) that affect our ability to deliver products or services, we will work with customers to provide reasonable accommodations, rescheduling, or appropriate refunds on a case-by-case basis.

5.2 Partial Delivery or Performance

If we can only partially fulfill an order or service, you may be entitled to a prorated refund for the undelivered portion, or we may offer alternative arrangements to complete the transaction.

6. Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized products made to your specifications
  • Digital products or services once access has been provided
  • Services that have been fully performed
  • Consultation fees and assessment charges
  • Administrative processing fees

7. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our decision regarding a refund or cancellation, please contact our customer service team to discuss your concerns. If the matter cannot be resolved directly, it will be addressed according to the dispute resolution procedures outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
